Returns Policy

Any damaged goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any damages in writing to sales@thetilepeople.co.uk.co.uk upon delivery and the delivery note must be signed as goods damaged. It is imperative we are made aware of any damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery; failure to do so will result in any claim to be void.  

We will also refund any unused and unopened packs within 30 days providing they are in a re saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us, we can arrange a collection by request for a collection fee.

Refunds will be processed when our logistics manager has inspected the goods and is happy with their condition.

*Shortage* No claim against entirelytiles.co.uk for shortage on your order will be entertained unless shortage of the goods is reported in writing to sales@entirelyftiles.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
